Enquiry-based marketplace
GemSarthi is a listing and enquiry platform. We do not sell gemstones directly and do not process payments. All purchases are completed in person between the buyer and the center.
Listings & certification
Listings and certificates are provided by partner centers. While we verify centers, buyers should independently confirm certificates before purchase.
Astrology consultations
Consultations are provided for guidance only and do not constitute professional, medical, or financial advice.
Resale
Resale offers are made at the discretion of the reviewing center, subject to receipt verification and the condition of the stone. The indicative rate is 25% below the declared purchase price.
Limitation of liability
GemSarthi is not party to transactions between users and centers and is not liable for disputes arising from them.
